Here at Brighton Christian Church we partner with the home in guiding children towards a relationship with Jesus Christ, and teaching them to live according to God's Word. We offer a variety of wonderful classes and programs for both grade school children and preschoolers to help them learn more about becoming a disciple of Christ. GEMS
All girls Kindergarten through 5th grade from Brighton Christian Church as well as the surrounding community are welcome and invited to join our girls club on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 – 8:15 from September through May.
Kindergarten – 2nd grade activities teach things like: Who God is. Sharing with others. Stories from the Bible. How to help others. Being considerate.
Our 3rd – 5th graders learn about worshipping God. Discovering their gifts and talents. Knowing more about who God is and His Word. Participating in many service opportunities.
Each grade level participates in crafts, supporting a Compassion International child, games and lots of fun. A couple of our big events include GEMS/GENTS dance, Game Night, PJ/Movie Night. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
Royal Rangers
Royal Rangers is a faith-based ministry that has a mission for boys from Kindergarten through 5th grade. That mission is to evangelize, equip and empower boys to be the next generation of Christ-like men and leaders. Royal Rangers ministers to the whole boy, using Luke 2:52 as the basis by which boys grow mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially.
Royal Rangers meet Wednesdays from 6:30-8:15pm at Spencer Elementary School beginning in September and ending in June. Our activities include biblical teachings, activities such as camping and games, leadership opportunities, personal development, mentoring relationships, advancements, and group participation.
Youngsters
Our bcckids youngsters™ (nursery/preschool) Sunday morning program is designed to establish foundational truths of the Christian faith, and to spark excitement for God’s word and a relationship with God’s Son (Jesus) at an early age; through Bible stories, worship, games, crafts, and other activities. All this takes place in a warm, engaging, kid-friendly, and kid-fun environment with wonderful, dedicated teachers and volunteers who have a strong passion for Jesus and a big heart for kids.
bcckids Elementary
Our bcckids™ (elementary) program builds on this foundation with an invigorating large-group/small-group kids’ church model where kids experience the joy and excitement of joining with other kids in large-group worship, teaching, and interaction, but receive special, individual attention and take part in age-appropriate, lesson-reinforcing activities in the comfort and familiarity of their small-groups led by caring, mentoring volunteers. bcckids Elementary is dedicated to growing kids upward, inward, and outward, and teaches kids how to live their faith outside of Sunday morning, through weekly take-home challenges and special quarterly events.
